T1 - Scots Pine Removal I have been asked by the owner to submit this application for the trees removal There have been a number of Scots Pines that have recently uprooted and blown over in high winds down Heathpark Drive already in the last few years. This is now becoming a concern for the applicant. The roots of this tree are now very visible and have lifted the drive way to a point that?s it?s a trip hazard when entering and leaving the property. In my opinion, lifting the drive way and removing these surface roots would have a detrimental affect on the trees health and would undermine its stability/anchorage The customer is not opposed to replanting a smaller tree in its proximity should this application be accepted.
