Description

Silver birch tree approximately 15 metres high located in a small rear garden and causing issues for neighbours both with debris, covering their garden and porch area and path located at the bottom of property, it is also restricting what i can do with the garden. I would like to remove the whole tree to resolve the current issues and neighbours complaints. My belief is the tree is to large for the size of the garden, this tree was planted after the properties were built so not part of the original design and TCOP area's but is classed as woodland area. There is also a risk to damage to property when high winds due the size of the branches and the close proximity of other properties both to the side and rear of the property.
