Remove dead top to suitable live growth and shorten lower lateral limbs to the south east by removing approx. 3m of the length to give the remaining tree a balanced shape (effectively pollarding tree to encourage a new crown to grow on from the current epicormic growth below. The whole top of crown is dead.. so, is now a safety issue to minimise risk of failure.
