Description
Ash (T1) ? Pollard to a final height of 5 metres from ground level. An inspection undertaken while the tree was in leaf revealed a large dead stem extending over the main road which will require removal, leaving the remaining stems exposed to potential wind-loading. The quality of regrowth on the remaining stems is considered poor as it is restricted only at the tips of the tree which has the potential to increase the risk of failure in high winds due to increased sail area.
