T1: Chestnut - To reduce in height by approximately 4-4.5 metres leaving a retained height of approximately 20 metres, reduce lateral growth by approximately 3 metres leaving retained branch lengthof 5-6.T2: Chestnut - To reduce in height by approximately 4-4.5 metres leaving a retained height of approximately 20 metres, reduce lateral growth by approximately 3 metres leaving retained branch lengthof 5-6 metresT3: Chestnut - To reduce in length by approximately 2-3 metres leaving a retained branch length of approximately 4-5 metres the lateral growth extending to the north and east.The above works are for safety management purposes due to recent large limbs failure. The works are to minimis the risk of limb due to historic limb failure and to maintain the trees at a more suitable height. Due to the location of the trees the risk is heigh as there is high footfall in this part of the garden. This risk mitigation will ensure future retention of the trees and allow the trees to retain a good structural form. The works would not be detrimental to the amenity value of the trees or the area.
