TPO 11/70 Area A1

Description

I have a sweet chestnut tree in my rear garden which is clearly dying/dead. It has not produced any chestnuts last year nor any leaves and there are no buds appearing on the tree unlike the other chestnut trees on my property. Mr P A Searle (Surrey Heath recommended arborist) has visited my property and confirmed the tree is dead and requires cutting down. Please provide me with written confirmation so I can proceed with the planned works.I understand a replacement tree will be required to be planted and I hope that I will be allowed to re-plant with another sweet chestnut tree.
