T1- reduce Beech tree back to previous points the tree before works is 10M tall and 5M wide after the works it shall be 8M tall and 3M wide.the has been heavily reduced in the past, parts of the tree have began to fail dropping into the garden of number 13. the tree is situated on the fuel allotments land. we would like to reduce back to previous points to reduce the risk of anymore limbs falling
