Description

The extraction of sand from an area of 19 hectares and transport to the existing Mercers South Quarry for processing and export, as an eastern extension to the site, with progressive restoration to agriculture and nature conservation using imported inert materials, including the permanent diversion of the Brewer Street Brook, the temporary diversion of the Redhill Brook and the temporary diversion and permanent realignment of public footpath 175.
