Description

Installation of 3no. new roof lights to rear and 9no. replacement roof lights to front and rear, air vents to front roof and rear elevation, removal of existing mechanical roller shutters to rear elevation and replacement with brick work and iron gates, removal of single storey extension to rear of no.22, extractor flue to no.23 and flat roof to rear of no.24, bike and bin storage provided to the rear. Works will also include internal alterations to allow provision of HMO accommodation.
