Description

Install galvanised steps and freestanding key clamp guard rail, 10no. air source heat pumps (ASHP) and associated pipework atop roof. Carry out associated thermal upgrades to the roof to comprise installation of new warm roof build up with bituminous and erection of parapet wall. Adapt existing plant screen. Install new sub-mains cables. Convert existing café store into plantroom with replacement fire door fitted. House ASHP controls within existing staff kitchen with erection of new partition and doors to segregate. Replace light fittings and install wireless passive infrared (PIR) sensors.
