Non material amendment to previously approved application 20/01591/FU4 (varied by plannig permission ref. 24/01160/VAR) to allow the inclusion of a substation within the service yard, the inclusion of a roof escape ladder on the western elevation, the extension of the footpath to rear of Unit 1 (to meet the escape ladder), alterations to the elevations of Unit 1, including additional glazing, amendments to the roof-top plant layout and the relocation of a section of hedgerow at the northern end of the site (from the eastern edge of the site to adjacent to the service road).
