Non-material amendment in respect of Condition 11 of previously approved application 21/01542/LP3. Revised Condition 11 - Prior to the commencement of external elevational works above damp-proof course, a schedule and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
