Description

Replacement of 1.2 m high concrete railings and metal hand rail to the parapet walls of the building with 1.2 metre high metal stud wall, finished with cement smooth cladding which will extend to cover the render panelling below the parapet wall. Also replacement of existing metal windows overlooking the library roof with double glazed metal windows. Full rear elevation of the Connexions building to be clad in Cedral smooth cladding with additional small section of cladding installed between the windows of the first floor and the lower ground floor.
