Description

Amend Condition 6 of planning permission SCC/0039/22W to: “The winning and working of minerals shall not commence until the new access has been laid out and completed in all respects in accordance with Drawing No. 2021_06_23_F10_007, Rev. sdd figures, Buckland, Flixton, Plan 5 – Proposed Access Location and Bellmouth, dated May 2021. The access shall thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved Plan for the lifetime of development and will be the sole access used in association with the operations hereby permitted.”
