Description

We are seeking to amend the location of a turning head within Phase 4D and to remove the garages across Phases 4B and 4D, with the exception of the garage serving Plot 75. Furthermore, we are seeking to add an additional planning condition to the full planning permission to secure the delivery of an extra pedestrian and cycle connection from Phase 4D and the Greenway. The proposed wording of the condition is as follows: 'Notwithstanding the approved plans, the pedestrian/cycle connection shown to the front of plots 83-87 shall be extended to meet the greenway. Revised details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the connection works, and the approved details shall thereafter be implemented in full.'
