Description

Erection of a two-storey rear extension to provide an open-plan kitchen and family living space at ground floor, and two bedrooms with a bathroom at first floor. Works include the demolition of the existing veranda, sun lounge, utility/WC, and partial demolition of the existing kitchen. The proposal incorporates fenestration changes, including khaki-coloured casement windows and new timber-clad bay windows at ground and first floor level on the front elevation. External alterations include the introduction of composite cladding and render to the elevations. Installation of an air source heat pump is also proposed.
