Non-Material amendment to condition 1 of 17/00193/REM (Submission of reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) for 29 dwellings pursuant to planning permission 15/01834/OUT to amend the approved landscaping scheme. The amendments include: removal of footpath providing access to the A3400 to the south of the site; - additional tree planting; - additional bulb planting; - additional hedgerow planting; - provision of 2no. benches; - provision of bird and bat boxes; - provision of a life ring on a post; - provision of a timber post and rail fence and gate to the side of plot 6 garage.
