Description

The proposed development comprises the erection of a demountable semi-permanent marquee measuring approximately 6 metres by 18 metres, to be located adjacent to the existing clubhouse within the established sports ground. The marquee will be used as a flexible, covered space ancillary to the existing lawful use of the site as a sports and community facility (Use Class F2). It will accommodate a range of activities including sports-related uses, fitness classes such as yoga and pilates, and community events. The structure will be demountable in nature and positioned to the side of the clubhouse, oriented towards the playing fields. No change of use of the land is proposed.
