Description

To alter an existing ground floor bathroom comprising a toilet, sink, towel radiator and bath with shower over it to a ground floor shower room comprising a toilet, sink, towel radiator and walk-in shower. The reason for the proposed alteration is to create a safe shower room for my elderly, disabled father who is no longer able to use the bath nor step over its side to use the shower above it. He is 100 years old and can no longer use the stairs.
