Description

The tiled roof of the Tythe Barn is extremely friable and weathered and needs to be replaced to ensure the structure is weatherproof. The existing clay tiles will be replaced with clay tiles of a similar colour in keeping with the adjacent properties. The roof style e.g. height or pitch will not be changed and no roof lights or skylights will be added. The remedial work does not involve building any new structures and does not require any new access.
