Description

A. Replace all four windows with aluminum type guillotene sash type. Rear two windows extended down to 500 above new finished floor level. B. Install external spiral staircase to front elevation , with a small landing to gain access to the fisrt floor. C. Introduce two rooflights to the south side of south pitched roof. D. Safeguard the stability of the building using pattress plates. E. Install snow guards over proposed greenhouse area. F. Install double glazed glasscurtain walling with doorways at existing archway, and clad the top section with timber planks. G. Introduce traditional fish tail design into existing roof tiles.
