Non-material amendment to the wording of condition 1 of Reserved Matters Approval 23/00006/REM, specifically updating the approved site layout plan to remove reference to previously proposed affordable housing plots and the removal of the tenure layout plan as approved drawings. This is in order to align with the Affordable Housing Specification as approved for this parcel (25/00951/S106 dated 6th June 2025) which removed the need to provide for affordable housing specifically on this parcel and provided for a financial contribution in lieu.
