Description

The proposal is to build a steel portal frame agricultural building on the application site to help the agricultural business operate more efficiently. The proposed building will be constructed from a steel portal frame measuring 60.96m long x 18.29m wide and to a height of 8.24m to the ridge and 5.79m to the eaves. The roof will be corrugated natural grey fibre cement sheets, the western side and northern and southern gable ends will be constructed of concrete panels up to a height of approximately 2.4m under green steel box profile cladding. The eastern side will be open fronted. The floor will be a hardcore surface.
