-T32 oak - Hazard beam fracture within limb on north western aspect at c.14 metres - Reduce limb by approximately 2 metres to alleviate end-weight. Remove deadwood on resident's side of crown and shorten major deadwood on parkland side. Prune crown away from adjacent buildings, to give approximately 3 metres clearance.
