Description

Replace the wood panel boundary fencing to the rear of Pound Cottage with: (1) stone walling up to 1.5m in height on the fence boundary/Title boundary adjacent to the side/ corner road verges (see Site Plan) and: (2) post/rail wooden fencing up to 1.3m in height on the fence boundary adjacent to the rear facing road verge and; (3) new wood panel fencing up to 2m in height (as per existing) on the boundary with the adjacent property ( Williams Barn). Retain as much as practicable the existing hedging/plants that are to the road-side of the rear boundary fencing but prune/cut back the existing hedging to a reduced height and as required to facilitate stone wall/ fence construction. Side gate access from the rear garden to the grass verge to be retained with wooden gate to be replaced with new wooden gate more compatible with the new walling.
