Description

1. Removal of all the 1968 asbestos ceiling panels in the garage 2. Structural repairs above the garage doors internally as deemed necessary This may include repair or replacement of any 1968 internal supports found to be present and defective, or introduction of new support structure. 3. Replacement of 1968 external rotten wooden beam over the garage doors with like for like beam. 4. Replacement of garage ceiling with suitable fire rated boards according to current building regulations.
