Replacement of doors and windows for number 1 Carters Leaze.The property is the end cottage in a terrace of 4 and all have similar windows. They are single glazed metal casements in timber frames.The windows suffer from condensation and the timber frames are rotting.The owners of numbers 2 and 3 applied for planning for replacement and this has been approved. Ref 23/00821/FULThe application specified conservation upvc windows and I would like to use the same. The colour would be Painswick which is similar to the colour currently painted.
