Description

Strip the existing roof tile covering, carefully stacking and retaining all good tiles for reuse. Fit new breathable membrane to provide long term protection to the existing roofing structure and rafters. Fit new tiling battens. Re-fix the existing clay tiles, utilising matching reclaimed red rosemary clay tiles to supplement for damaged tiles. Re-dress around chimneys with code 4 lead to match the existing lines and toothing. Remove existing cast iron guttering. Replace with new cast iron guttering system to match with existing in both shape and colour.
