Description

Non Material amendment to the phasing of the scheme (approved as per 70353/FUL) to allow the temporary retention of the existing Block B until 2030. This requires a revision to the trigger point within Condition 11 (landscaping) so that the approved landscaping scheme is completed following the demolition of Block B, rather the following first occupation of the new building.
