- Relocation and addition of lift to stairs in supported living apartment building - Addition of sprinkler tank to lower ground floor under-croft in supported living apartment building - Associated adjustment to the communal facilities layout and omission of external covered area for the supported living apartment building - Incorporation of ambulance bay and relocation of external bin store closer to the building. Relocation of new sub station to allow space for the required services enclosure (separate planning application) for the supported living apartment building. - Window patterns changed to have transom of opening light 1.1m in height and wider to provide sufficient ventilation. - Entrance elevation adjusted to make it balance aesthetically following increase of the width of circulation core 1. - Change of elevations to have simple soldier band course and the same mortar colour throughout (all dwellings). - Centenary motif added by the entrance on the supported living apartments. - Minor adjustment of wall build-ups to achieve thermal requirements using non-combustible insulation. Small adjustment to building footprint to maintain internal areas. - Juliet balconies to walk-up apartments replaced with a large window. - Electric vehicle charging strategy agreed with Building Control and charging points indicated. - Plot levels reviewed and slope between the upper and lower site re-graded.
