Ash tree in my neighbours garden is blocking light to my garden and my property. The tree has never been maintained and is now disproportionate to my neighbours garden and surrounding areas. My neighbour has agreed for us to lower the height of the tree. The plan is to reduce height by 30%. The neighbouring trees will be reduced to the same height but aren?t covered by a TPO.
