Description

BC001. I visited this tree as the owner, who placed the tpo on this tree himself, my Initial assesment are of a dead tree, limb dropped, rotting away, displaying fungus in the branches and rotting from the base, it's against a boundary wall and would risk falling into the pavement, I have sent Mr Pollard all the details, photo evidence and explained the situation, he is happy that this retrospective application to be submitted the the tree is removed to ground level. TPO 336E.
