The tree is an Oak tree, T48 on the sketch map under TPO reference 353W. The works I would like to carry out are:1. Whole crown reduction of 3m-4m2. Crown raise to 5m, sublateral branches only3. Removal of the deadwood.The work is needed because of excessive shading, loss of light and reduced amenity value to the property at 6 Lynton Park Road Cheadle Hulme; and the risk of tree branches overhanging neighbouring property if the crown isn't reduced.
