Description

A single storey side extension to the East of the existing building. The extension will be a plant room, which will house new mechanical equipment required to improve the efficiency of the current existing system. In addition to the extension, the proposal will include a new 1000a brickwork substation that will facilitate additional electrical load for green technologies within the building and electric car charging, alongside a plant room fitted with a new sprinkler system and a protected water storage tank. The proposed equipment will not release any emissions so air quality will not be compromised.
