This tree has previously had maintenance work done (suspected whole crown reduction to 12m above ground level). This has now grown into hawthorn branches and ivy. This has caused a significant overhang onto our land and adjacent land. This overhang is blocking sunlight and water to the grass and bushes in its vicinity, causing these to die or become diseased.Overgrowth - Application to cut back to the general overgrowth in line with land boundary.
