Description

The intention is to pollard the tree back to the second set of knuckles, reducing height to 25 to 30ft. evidence of rot identified above 2nd knuckle which raises concerns about structural integrity of the upper canopy. Intention is also to remove all deadwood from above 25ft to improve safety and promote healthy regrowth. The overall aim is to extend the life of the tree. It has currently outgrown its location and is twice the height of the surrounding houses, making it unsuitable in its current state. HAR/10, TPO 72N.
