Proposal to feel sycamore of low amenity value and replant native broadleaf on the site Current tree is listing at c.30 degrees from vertical towards both the adjoining public bridle-path (1 meter away)and footpath (3 meters away) and a home (10 meters away. Majority of weight is on the listing side and it poses a risk to the property. Additional concern RE previous support bolted to the tree c.40-50 years ago to assist in holding it upright and the risk of failure due to corrosion (photo attatched). TPO 232E.
