Description

I have a large Poplar Tree at the end of my garden. It has already lost one massive arm from storm damage, and is rotting into the trunk. I am worried it will break further or blow over completely causing damage/injury to my property, my neighbour's property (No. 160) or people/livestock accessing the adjacent field. I wish to fully cut this tree down to ground/stump level. TPO 165W.
