Description

Existing UPVC porch glazing replaced with a cavity brick wall to the front elevation, supported by the existing porch foundation (building footprint unchanged). Existing brickwork reskinned to the east elevation (small area prior to party wall) and the front elevation. New low level pitched concrete tile roof formed on top of existing flat felt roof to both the porch and garage. (retrospective)
