Description

White Pine (T1) Within A1, Thornton Gate, Gatley 2004. Client would like to remove Pine and replant. Pine has a significant lean towards neighbouring property, failed limb has already caused damage to neighbouring property. Canopy is sparse and i see no scope to weight relieve, particularly with large forked top, from included union. Root plate is slightly raised and upon inspection it appears there may be hollow points within root plate. Willing to take direction from LA regarding replanting. TPO 325W.
