Description

The proposed works include the following; change of use of 1 Great Underbank and 26 Bridge Street Brow from residential (C3) back to its original use as commercial office (Use E), removing previously blocked openings between the two properties, replacement of the timber frame windows with new double glazed units in the same style as existing, installation of additional heritage style roof lights, redecoration of the exterior brickwork paint and the conversion of the roof space to a store room.
