Description

Horse Chestnut (tree 3 on sketch plan)and Weeping Willow ( tree 1on sketch plan)in rear garden of 130 Heaton Moor RD. The trees sit on the boundary with 128 Heaton Moor Rd. Permission is requested to reduce the overall height and spread of both trees and to lower the crown of the horse chestnut. We have been advised by a tree surgeon that the Willow is diseased and is imminent danger of falling on neighbouring garages without remedial work. The work is required to preserve the trees, to allow light into neighbouring property to reduce risk of squirrel invasion and for safety reasons.TPO number 15N, HAR/CA15
