Tree Species: Cherry Plumb Sketch Plan: Tree shown as 'T1' in attached drawing (Ref: 7 Poplar Street Trees Location Plan). Proposed works provided by Arborist from site visit conducted on the 15 July 2024: The site visit and report recommends the crown of 'T1' to be lifted by 2 meters and 'T1' crown to be reduced in height by 2m (Ref: 7 Poplar Street T1 Photo). This size then to be maintained on an ongoing basis. Reason for the lifting of the crown: To improve access and clearance around the base of the tree for garden maintenance and shade. Reason for the reduction of the crown: To reduce the effects of shading within the rear garden and maintain sufficient clearance to the rear of the property. HAR/CA14.
