Description

Proposed demolition of redundant adjacent building to the south-east of the Stockport Georgians Cricket Club, previously a separate changing facility for the adjacent Stockport Georgians Football Club. Construction of a new single-storey extension to the club to provide additional function room space and WC facilities on the footprint of the redundant facility and outdoor compound. The extension includes a new main pedestrian entrance, porch and draft lobby, proposed new pitched roof bay and clock to the south-west entrance, a new fenced external recycling store, roof light to flat roof area and external works to make good existing hardstanding areas and level access.
