Tree location plan.The report recommends a reduction and reshape of the crown of tree T1 by 30% to then be maintained ongoing at this size to prevent potential damage to the structure of the property. It is proposed that the height and width of the tree be reduced by approximately 1 meter and cut back to clear the front facade of the house by approximately 2 meters. This then to be maintained on an ongoing basis at this size. HAR/CA14.
