Description

The tree in question is on my neighbours land and has been dead and leafless for 2/3 years years. Now it has started shedding branches and barks which are falling into the car park of the flats at 8 Heaton Moor Road. There is now a real concern of danger to life, cars and the building should the tree fall down which I believe may happen soon especially due to the high winds we are currently experiencing. HAR/CA15, TPO 17N.
