Description

After consulting with a tree surgeon from Manchester Tree Services, we are applying to complete a small amount of maintenance work to a Horse Chestnut Tree that sits within the back garden of the 16 Grundy Street property perimeter. The reasons for application are to better balance the tree and make its weight distribution more symmetrical, to increase levels of light into the back gardens of both ours and neighbouring properties, and to reduce the risk of the tree falling onto nearby properties (14, 16, & 18 Grundy Street). A tree surgeon from Manchester Tree Services has recommended that multiple lower branches should be removed from the tree, where they lean directly towards 16 Grundy Street and other neighbouring properties.
