Description

Urgent removal (due to damage and instability) and subsequent replacement of Hawthorn tree (T1). The Hawthorn was badly damaged at the roots on a neighbouring property, causing significant instability and splitting at the base of the trunk. Propose to replace the damaged Hawthorn with a Rowan tree. The Rowan would be planted in a similar location to the Hawthorn.General maintenance (Crown thinning and removal of any deadwood) to the Lime Tree (T2; TPO Reference: 16N; Tree Number: T286) to preserve the health and stability of the tree, following complete removal of Horse Chestnut (TPO Reference: 16N; Tree Number: T285) on neighbouring property, which provided a significant degree of wind protection and root stability to the Lime tree.
