Description

Change of use of adopted highway to provide an improved bin store servicing businesses around Castle Yard including the Market Hall. The new bin store would have a secure access, a boundary would be constructed of a lightweight living green wall (i.e. ivy) with low maintenance. The demolition of the accessible wc would provide a fire exit, proposed accessible wc would be located in the existing storage room and would allow for the easier access for the users. Existing metal gate to be preserved and upgraded to a push bar gate to allow for the safe fire escape.
