Garden approx. 27m length, tree centrally located 5m from back boundary hedge with neighbours garden. Tree was originally a copper-leaved Silver Birch which over recent years has developed more towards a green-leaved variety and grown more vigorously. Tree is now noticeably taller than surrounding trees and causes excessive shading over neighbours garden.
